Prisma Dough Rollers
15-Mar-2010 Prisma dough rollers are now available from Prestige Products.These Italian made dough rollers are available in two different versions; the "Touch and GO" (TG) and the "Parallel" (RP) versions. The touch and go is the latest technology and as the name suggests, the dough rollers have an automatic start feature activated by sensors. Touch sensitive, the dough roller switches on automatically when the operator brings his hand near with a piece of dough. A timer is also fitted which can be set from 10 to 35 seconds with the "Time Set" button and the machine will stop automatically once the set time is reached. Thanks to this innovative technology you can save energy, working time for the operator and reduce the wear and tear of mechanical components. The touch and go is available in two handy sizes of maximum 300mm or 400mm diameter pizza bases.
The parallel model is available in single pass dough roller (one roller) and double pass dough roller (two rollers).
